- Same here. After weeks of trying (and returning) cheaper modems and wasting lots of time, I
- purchased a SupraFAXmodem 28.8i PnP and it works -beautifully-. Config is Compaq Presario with
- all but two IRQs in use, including one by a 14.4 Compaq modem that handles the voice and fax side
- of things.

- The Supra modem was detected and configured automagically by Windows 95/PnP as IRQ 15 and COM3
- (which is exactly what I wanted), and it's worked perfectly. I get 28.8 most of the time, 26.4
- the rest of the time. Total setup time: 10 minutes.

- The previous attempts at this configuration, using Zoom and Microcom modems, ended in abject
- failure.
